Public Feedback

Members of the Joint Canadian Tanning Association (JCTA) pride themselves on being the very best of our Nation's indoor sunbathing community. Our membership follows the highest level of professional and operational standards currently in existence. We are committed to providing salon clients a moderate and controlled sunbathing experience.

As an Association and as a sector, we take our responsibility to protect salon clients very seriously. We welcome feedback from the public to assist in making our community better. Should you have concerns that one of our salons, which you have recently tanned with, is not following proper procedures, then we would like to hear from you. If you have a positive experience we would love to hear from you as well.
